All prices are listed in US Dollars as default and can choose HK Dollars (HKD) on the front page or during check out.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock and your payment is approved by paypal. Please note that all orders will require 3-5 working days to process.
We also listing NON STOCK item which will indicate in the SKU specifically how many days on top on normal process time on the bottom of the product page.
Items that are out-of-stock will clearly be marked *Out-of-Stock* when you place them in your shopping cart and customers are welcome to contact us to find out if an available date for the item.
Custom-made Orders require additional time before they can be shipped. Racquets require stringing service or shirts with printing are classify as custom made orders.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Racquet Force offers WORLDWIDE Delivery (for most of the countries) by Hongkong Post Standard International Airmail Service in the form of small packets or parcels. For racquets or wholesale orders, customers have the option of using EMS Courier Parcel Service (Express Mail Service operated by the postal administrations world-wide) offered by Hongkong Post. Additional shipping fees will be charged for using this courier delivery option.
Lost of Items During Postal Transit
Depending on the geographical location, an airmail parcel may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. If an order does not arrive after approximately one month from the date of dispatch, you may request Racquet Force to contact Hongkong Post to initiate an investigation with your local Post Office. An investigation into lost mails may take anything between 3-6 months.
Racquet Force will NOT be responsible for all Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address provided by buyer causing parcel not able to be deliver or return.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders may be dispatched any day during the business hours of the Post Offices, but is normally done 3-5 times a week. Our warehouse and Hongkong Post are closed on bank and public holidays. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time during holiday period (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter, etc.). Please contact us by email if you have any question.
Protection of Racquets During Shipping
We care for your racquets even though you have purchased and paid for them. Racquets, when shipped alone, will be packed in strong racquet-length packaging boxes for full protection.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
Returning Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days upon delivery of the parcel. Please provide us with your order number and item name / model by email. Please email us a few pictures of the damaged item, put the damaged item back in its original packaging. We will notify you if we require you to take the damaged item to your local post office for inspection and for obtaining a damage report.
Pack the item securely in the original package if possible, or use a new packing box if necessary. Enclose the original copy of the packing list with the item, and the email from us which was showing the Return Authorization. Please make a copy of the packing list for your records. If you are unable to enclose your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. All products must be returned in good condition and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to qualify for a full refund. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or Collect Charge. For your protection, we recommend that you register or insure your parcel for the return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for the package you are returning until you have been notified that the package has arrived our warehouse. Our Standard Return Policies do not apply to all items. 1. Customized Products / Strung Racquets
All sales are final for customized and personalized products, such as apparels with printed names and strung rackets. These items cannot be returned and order cannot be cancelled after work has been done. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact us immediately by email.
Due to Hygiene concerns to our customers,shoes are not listed in the return policy.
3. NON STOCK ITEMS / SPECIAL ORDERED
Strung Racquets are not eligible for return or cancel (order in upon customer request or Racquet Force do not carry), We will not accept cancellation, return, refund or size exchange unless wrong product or sizes had been sent.
Racquet Force will do a full refund without any charges if an item ordered are not available or wrong item sent. For any other cancellation, Racquet Force will charge a 10% processing fee out of the total transaction amount (including shipping fee) hence, we will only refund 90% of your total transaction amount back to you. Please kindly check with us for any product specification or pricing details before you place an order.
Items Returned By The Post Office (Refused / Unsuccessful Delivery)
If an order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect / insufficient address, incorrect receipient's name, or an error not caused by our side, the customers are required to pay for the postages of the returned journey as well as the forwarding journey to the correct address. If the order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient postage, inadequate documentation, or an error caused by our side, we will re-post the order to the customer free of charge.
Delay on shipping out
Normal order process time for each order will be 3 to 5 working days. We will not refund or offer any discount due to supplier delay on shipment.
Special arrangement from HK post
We will not accept refund or allow cancellation due to special arrangement announced by HK post IF we had provided notice on website and social media.
